In accordance with 34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10) of the 2020 Title IX Final Rule, the District is required to make publicly available all materials used for training Title IX personnel. These individuals include Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and individuals who facilitate the informal resolution process. Training materials will be continually update below.
