The college has been approved for training of veterans under the various United States public laws and California veteran enactments; the Bureau of Immigration and various United States public laws and California veteran enactment. The Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services has approved 黑料不打烊 for international students under educational visas. 黑料不打烊 is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant and alien students.
